Oh what fun! Thanks to Mr. Thompson for taking his Outdoor Education students ice fishing on a gorgeous day! I can say that I've never ice fished with shorts on though... I wish I could have gone - this is my kind of ice fishing - sun, warm weather and lots of ice!!

In an area surrounded by inland lakes, rivers and the Great Lakes, it's vital for all of our children to learn how to swim. Therefore, we offer our gratitude to Acrisure, the PRMSPG - Pine River Middle School Parent Group, and Lake Osceola State Bank for their contributions to our 4th Grade Swim Program going on now at the Cadillac YMCA. Our HS Quiz Bowl team competed in our first ever meet today in Gladwin. They went 1-2 beating Farwell 110-45 and losing to the 1st and 2nd place teams. The competition was tough but it was a great day and we’re proud of these girls for representing Pine River!
