Pine River Youth Wrestling
Practice for kids in grades 3rd-5th will start on Monday, January 6th at 6:00 p.m. The first practice for kids grades Kindergarten-2nd will practice on Tuesday, January 7th at 6:00 p.m. Both practices will be held in the high school wrestling room.
Attendance Reminder
Per our student handbook, parents are encouraged not to take their child out of school for family vacations. If a family vacation must be scheduled during the school year, the parents should discuss the matter with the principal and the student’s teacher(s) to make the necessary arrangements. It may be possible for the student to receive certain assignments that are to be completed during the trip. Parents may apply for a pre-arranged excused absence for their child. This should be done at least 5 days before the expected absence.
Luther Library
The library will show the movie “Abominable” on Saturday, January 18th at 2:00 p.m. A door prize will be awarded and there will be an ice cream sundae bar.
